How booking works
To provide a tailored experience, all bookings operate on a request-and-confirm basis. Simply submit your preferred date, time, and service details. We will review availability and confirm your appointment directly with you via email or phone.
In-studio and mobile visits
Enjoy your treatment in our serene studio or from the comfort of your home. For mobile sessions, a call-out fee applies based on your distance from Watton. Please ensure adequate room for our professional treatment table or pop-up spray tan booth, alongside clear parking instructions prior to arrival.
Deposits and cancellation terms
To secure your appointment, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This helps us keep your chosen time reserved just for you.
We understand that plans can change, so you’re welcome to cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice and your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new appointment. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the deposit is non‑refundable as it becomes difficult for us to fill the slot at short notice.
