Where is Alma based?
Alma is based in Watton, Norfolk, offering massage therapy and spray tanning from a calm, private treatment room. We also cover up to 30 miles, including Thetford, Dereham, Attleborough, Swaffham, and surrounding villages.
Do you offer mobile appointments?
Yes, we are delighted to offer selected treatments in the comfort of your own home within our 30-mile service radius. Some treatments (such as spray tanning) may require adequate space or ventilation. Depending on your location, a small travel supplement may apply, which will be discussed during the booking process.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book directly through our online booking system, available on the Booking & Availability page . It shows real‑time availability and lets you secure your preferred time instantly.
What massage treatments do you offer?
At Alma, we offer a range of relaxing Swedish massage and specialist lymphatic drainage treatments, each tailored to support your wellbeing and leave you feeling refreshed, restored, and revitalised. Whether you're seeking deep relaxation, relief from everyday tension, or a moment of self-care, we'll create a treatment experience that's right for you.

What should I wear for a massage?
Wear comfortable clothing. You’ll be covered with towels throughout the treatment, and only the area being worked on will be exposed.
How long does a spray tan take?
A spray tan session typically takes 25–30 minutes, including preparation and drying time.
How long will my spray tan last?
Most clients enjoy a natural, even tan for 7–10 days, depending on aftercare. Moisturising daily helps extend the results.
Do you offer patch tests?
Yes — patch tests are available and recommended for new clients or those with sensitive skin.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments, bank transfer, and cash. Full pricing is listed on the Prices page
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes — you can reschedule or cancel through the booking system. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice where possible.
Is parking available?
Yes — easy, free parking is available at our Watton location.
Do you treat pregnant clients?
Yes — pregnancy‑safe massage options are available from the second trimester. Please mention your pregnancy when booking.
